Returns & Exchanges
At Sam Bat, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade maple bats and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your unused bat does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure the bat is in its original, unused condition with the factory shrink-wrap intact; customized bats with personal engravings are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the bat securely in its original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
